Terms of use

Effective 13 September 2026. Franky is a personal-use assistant operated for its authorized owner. It is not offered as a public subscription or registration service.

Authorized use

Only the configured owner may use the Telegram assistant. Connecting a Google account requires that account holder's permission. This website does not provide access to the bot or its private information.

Actions and responsibility

Calendar changes are prepared as proposals and require the owner's confirmation using the action button. Review dates, times, descriptions and recipients before confirming. Invitations or event changes may notify guests. Do not supply another person's information unless you are authorized to do so.

AI limitations

Franky generates AI responses and can make mistakes, including in transcription, image interpretation, web research and scheduling. Verify important information. Franky is not an emergency service or a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Availability

Messages and reminders depend on hosting, network availability and external providers. Delivery at an exact time is not guaranteed. If a send or external change has an uncertain outcome, Franky may stop rather than repeat it and risk a duplicate. Check the destination service before retrying.

Privacy and third-party services

The privacy policy explains data processing and deletion. Use of Telegram, Google, OpenAI and hosting services remains subject to their applicable terms. The owner can revoke Google authorization at any time.
